RETURNS POLICY

At PaperDog, we take pride in supplying quality Kyocera printers, toner, and IT equipment, and we want every customer to receive exactly what they need.

1. South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

We operate in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Where applicable, customers are entitled to protection in the case of defective or faulty goods.

2. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (including printers, toner, and IT equipment), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or no longer requiring the product.

To ensure customers receive the correct product, we will contact each client after purchase to confirm specifications before dispatch.

3. Defective or Faulty Goods

We will gladly assist with returns or replacements only in cases where:

  • The product is defective on arrival
  • The product is damaged in transit
  • The product does not function as intended under normal use

In such cases, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Assessment Process

Returned items will be assessed by our technical team. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A repair or refund where applicable under CPA guidelines

5. Condition of Returns

Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible, with all accessories included.
