SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and with full transparency throughout the process.

1. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery times are:

  • 3–5 business days nationwide in South Africa

However, delivery may occasionally be:

  • Faster than expected, or
  • Slightly delayed due to courier delays, stock availability, or location

We will always keep customers updated should any delays occur.

2. Couriers & Delivery Methods

We use a range of trusted courier partners depending on the size, value, and destination of the order. In some cases, we may also use our own driver for local deliveries.

3. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be shared with the customer as soon as they become available. Customers will be able to monitor their delivery directly through the courier’s tracking system.

4. Delivery Communication

We will maintain communication with customers throughout the delivery process and notify you of any important updates.

5. Availability to Receive Order

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address during normal business hours or within any delivery times specified by the customer.

Should the courier be unable to complete the delivery due to no recipient being available, and additional delivery attempts are required, the customer may be charged an additional delivery fee equal to the fee charged to us by the courier for the re-delivery attempt(s).
