INSTALLATION
Free installation is included on all printers purchased via our online store (up to 7 users). Additional users are billed at R150 per user thereafter.
Free Installation is available in major centres only. Outlying areas may incur an additional on-site installation fee.
All users must be present on-site on the day of installation to ensure proper setup.
A stable internet connection is required for optimal installation and configuration.
SHIPPING
Shipping is free on all products purchased via our online store.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, although it may arrive sooner or slightly later depending on location and courier conditions.
We will always keep you updated should there be any delays or changes outside the normal timeframe.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If needed, kindly add any special delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. “deliver only between 10:00–13:00”).
